Spiritual Health - needs a discipline - Keep Check on Yourself.
1. Daily Satsang (prayer session), self study, service, remembrance of god, contentment, and dedication. These are some principles to keep your spiritual health. Make an effort to make these simple tasks a part of your life.
2. Kindness, clarity and restraint - these are the three sutras (rules of life) of metaphysical progress. Be kind to all, give up violent tendencies. Keep yourself busy in activities of welfare of others and extend help to deserving recipients.
3. Carryout your daily routines with discipline and in an orderly manner. Offer prayer and worship regularly in the morning, after daily routine works of ablutions, bath etc. Surrender your mind at the feet of God or Guru, concentrate and divert your mind from worldly thoughts, desires and attachments.
4. Great men, judiciously plan and use there time on well thought plan. Do so with foresight. Look at all your necessary work as your moral duty and satisfy its needs to the fullest extent.
5. Properly respect and willingly offer your services to wise, scholarly, religious and noble persons. Include elderly in family, mother and father.
6. Maintain a feeling of true faith and dedication towards the Guru.
7. Make yourself a object of grace of God, through, his worship, self thinking, tapasharchrya (perseverance).
8. Never perform irregular activities like theft, speaking ill of the others, deceit, fraud, never eat or take the non-eatables.
9. Kindly bring in softness, love, truth, kindness, goodwill, and sympathy in your conduct.
10 Deal with others treating them your soul mates. Be indifferent to the wicked, diplomatic persons.
