*१]शान्ति को प्राप्त करने की कोशिश करो ! 

*२]मन में ,वाणी में ,वातावरण में , व्यवहार में शान्ति रखो !

*३]ध्यान में बैठने से पहले शान्ति जरूरी है !

*४]भगवान् से मिलाने से पहले शान्ति चाहिए !

*५]शान्ति के कारण नीद और नीद के कारण शान्ति है !

*६]संतुलन बनाने के लिए शान्ति बहुत जरूरी है !

*७]जिंदगी में  शान्ति क़ा बहुत बड़ा महत्त्व है इसलिए शान्ति रखो !

इसलिए असुन्ष्ट रहना बंद करदो खुश रहोगे वरना दुःखी !
